On the seventh day, God rested, and so built the idea of Sabbath into the very fabric of creation. Sabbath is about making time… for rest, recovery, friends, family, creativity. If exams, essay deadlines, and the pressure of work and study are all getting a bit much, why not pause and take time each Sunday evening to get things in perspective? Make time for God.
